The Challenge
A health-tech company needed a robust SaaS platform to digitize and centralize healthcare operations for clinics and diagnostic centers. The product required strict data security, interoperability with existing medical systems, and flexibility to serve multiple customers through a single hosted infrastructure.
They envisioned a system that could serve:

Enterprise-Grade Security & Privacy
Data security was core to the design:
- Encrypted data at rest and in transit
- Field-level data masking
- JWT & OAuth2-based authentication
- Full multi-tenant isolation using schema-per-tenant in PostgreSQL
- Periodic vulnerability assessments and compliance reviews
The platform was built to align with HIPAA, ISO 27001, and GDPR expectations.
Infrastructure & Deployment
The system was deployed on AWS using Docker containers and ECS, with:
- PostgreSQL (Multi-tenant, schema-per-customer)
- Redis (Session and temporary cache)
- RabbitMQ (Job queueing and async processing)
- CloudFront and S3 (Document storage & delivery)
- Horizontal scaling & disaster recovery options built-in
